Today we ventured to the top of a local mountain to visit a rather scenic temple. Most of the temple parts were arranged around a central stupa. As temples go, it was pleasant and not too crowded. We rang a bell or two and didn’t slide down the snake bannister. We took,a short stop at the local jade factory and avoided any purchase. We had on more stop at one of the schools for young monks. I am not sure how it works so we didn’t stop by for the advertised monk talk. Mostly the young monks seemed be focused on their studies.

We managed to return a little after lunch and decided to return to the Celadon ceramic factory. We arranged for a taxi and enjoyed an hour completing our purchases and arranging shipment home. It was a quiet evening after we enjoyed so,e American style pork ribs for dinner.
